Our Story & Mission
e98com is an internationally operated online gambling and sports betting platform designed with Pakistani users at its centre. From the English-language interface and PKR balance display to cricket-first sports markets and familiar local payment references, every part of this platform reflects the way Pakistani players actually play.
Who We Are
e98com was built on a straightforward observation: Pakistani players were being underserved by generic international casinos that offered no PKR display, no relevant sports markets and no awareness of the local payment landscape. Most platforms treated South Asian users as an afterthought — a region to geo-target, not genuinely serve.
That gap became the foundation for e98com. The platform is operated internationally under applicable licence terms, and is built specifically around the needs, habits and preferences of players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and every city in between. Whether you are catching a live PSL match on your Android phone from Lahore or following ICC Test odds from a desktop in Islamabad, e98com is designed to feel like it was made for you — because it was.
We operate with full transparency. e98com does not claim to hold a Pakistani gambling licence and makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. We make this clear on every page because we believe players deserve honest information — not marketing spin that obscures legal realities. Pakistani users are responsible for understanding the laws applicable in their location before participating in any real-money gambling activity.
What we offer is a technically strong, responsibly designed platform with a genuine commitment to player welfare, transparent terms and a user experience that actually reflects the country it serves.
Mission & Vision
To operate a technically robust, responsibly designed online gambling platform that gives Pakistani users accurate information, transparent terms and a genuinely localised experience — without overpromising or obscuring important legal context.
To be the most trusted name in online gambling for Pakistani users — recognised not for the size of our bonus offers but for the quality of our information, the fairness of our terms and the strength of our player-protection tools.
Responsible gambling tools are not an afterthought at e98com — they are built into the core of the platform. Deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion options and direct links to support resources are available to every registered user, always.
What Defines e98com
These are not marketing bullet points. They are the standards we hold ourselves to — and the standards you should hold us to as well.
Everything on e98com — menus, bonus descriptions, help articles, terms summaries and support responses — is written in clear, professional English suited for Pakistani readers. No machine-translated clutter, no confusing jargon lifted from European licence templates.
Your wallet, your bonuses and your withdrawal amounts are all displayed in Pakistani Rupees. No USD-to-PKR mental arithmetic mid-session. Deposit minimums and bonus thresholds — such as a welcome bonus up to PKR 25,000 — are stated in PKR from the start.
Every page is served over HTTPS. Account information, payment details and personal documents submitted during KYC are protected by industry-standard encryption. Verified accounts are the only accounts that can process withdrawals — this protects you and every other player on the platform.
Pakistan's online user base is overwhelmingly mobile. e98com is built for that reality — fast load times on mid-range Android devices, touch-optimised navigation and a responsive layout that works from Peshawar's 4G networks to Karachi's fibre connections.
PSL, ICC World Cup, Test cricket at home grounds in Rawalpindi, Multan and Karachi, and international T20I series — these are front and centre in the sportsbook. The markets Pakistani fans care about are not buried three menus deep.
Wagering requirements, bonus expiry dates, withdrawal limits and fee schedules are written in plain English and published openly. We do not hide conditions in footnotes. If a term affects your money, we make sure it is easy to find and easy to understand.
Our Values
Behind every design decision, every policy update and every piece of content on e98com sits a defined set of values. These are not aspirational slogans — they are the practical standards applied by the team when building and maintaining this platform.
Pakistan deserves better than the standard copy-paste international casino experience. These values are how we stay accountable to that belief.
We publish our terms, limits and legal disclaimers prominently — not as regulatory checkbox-ticking, but because we believe players make better decisions when they have complete information.
Responsible gambling tools are never deprioritised to protect revenue. If a player needs to limit or stop their activity, the platform makes that process straightforward, immediate and permanent if required.
Pakistan-first means more than a flag. It means PKR balances, Pakistan Standard Time, cricket markets that matter, and support staff who understand local context — not a UI skin on a one-size-fits-all global product.
SSL encryption, KYC-verified accounts and regular security audits are baseline requirements, not optional features. Every player's data and funds are protected to industry-leading standards.
Player feedback from across Pakistan — Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and beyond — is actively collected and used to improve features, fix friction points and expand the game and sports coverage that users actually want.
How We Operate
e98com is operated under an internationally issued gambling licence. We do not claim Pakistani government authorisation. Users must comply with their applicable local laws — we make this clear throughout the platform, not just in fine print.
Every account must complete identity verification using a valid CNIC or passport before withdrawals are processed. This protects against fraud, underage access and money laundering — it is not optional and it is not negotiable.
Games on e98com are sourced from certified studios whose products are tested for fairness. Published RTP figures represent actual return-to-player percentages over statistical averages — not guaranteed per-session outcomes. Sportsbook odds are sourced from professional data providers with real-time feeds.
Payment method availability depends on current cashier partnerships and applicable provider policies. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made as familiar Pakistan payment context only — not as endorsements or confirmed integrations. Always check the live cashier.
Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time alerts, cool-off periods and permanent self-exclusion are built into every account. Players can activate these at any time in account settings or by contacting support — no waiting period, no friction.
Support is available via live chat within the platform. Written enquiries can be sent to [email protected]. Assistance is provided in English, with Urdu support available where requested. Response time expectations are published in the Help Centre.
