This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") sets out the basis on which e98com (hereinafter "e98com", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses and otherwise processes personal data relating to registered users, visitors and prospective players of the e98com platform accessible at https://e98com.cam (hereinafter the "Platform").

Pakistani Users: e98com processes personal data of users who access the Platform from Pakistan. While e98com does not hold a Pakistani government-issued operating licence, it maintains data protection standards aligned with applicable international best practice. Nothing in this Policy constitutes legal advice regarding Pakistani data protection or gambling legislation.

The Data Controller responsible for personal data processed through the e98com Platform is the international entity holding the operating licence under which e98com provides its services. The Platform is not operated by a Pakistani-registered entity and is not subject to direct oversight by the State Bank of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or any Pakistani provincial regulatory authority.
For all data-related enquiries, requests and complaints, users should contact e98com directly via the channels set out in Section 14 of this Policy. We will endeavour to respond to all data-related requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

Such transfers take place only where adequate data protection standards are maintained, whether through contractual safeguards, applicable data protection frameworks or equivalent legal mechanisms recognised in the Operator's jurisdiction.
Pakistani users should be aware that data protection legislation in the Operator's licence jurisdiction may differ from Pakistani domestic law. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to such international transfers as described in this Policy.

You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer required for a legitimate purpose. This right is subject to mandatory AML and legal retention obligations.
You may request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while you dispute the accuracy of data we hold.
Where processing is based on your consent or contract performance, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time, including objecting to receiving marketing communications by updating your account preferences.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact e98com via the channels described in Section 14. We will verify your identity before processing any data request. Please note that certain rights may be limited where compliance with applicable legal obligations — such as AML record-keeping requirements — requires continued retention of your data beyond your request.
The e98com Platform is strictly intended for adult users aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the user's jurisdiction or the Operator's licence terms. e98com does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the applicable minimum age threshold.
Underage Users: If e98com discovers that personal data has been submitted by a user who is below the applicable minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended, all data will be flagged for review and, where legally required, reported to the appropriate authority. Any balance in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Operator's licence obligations.
Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gambling platforms, including e98com. Awareness of this risk is particularly relevant in households where devices are shared — a common reality for many families across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other Pakistani cities.

e98com reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, where new categories of data are collected or new third-party processors are engaged — e98com will provide reasonable advance notice by email to registered account holders or by displaying a prominent update notice on the Platform.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

e98com commits to acknowledging all data-related requests within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request is complex or where a high volume of requests is being processed, this period may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. Registered users who created accounts before this date are subject to the revised Policy from the effective date.
