These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and e98com (hereinafter "e98com", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the e98com website accessible at https://e98com.cam and all related services, products and features offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on the e98com platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any capacity.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered personal account opened by an eligible User on the e98com platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, credited bonuses and winnings held in a User's account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as displayed on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins or reload offers credited to a User's account by e98com under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required before processing withdrawals, as further described in Section 4.
• "Operator" means the international entity holding the operating licence under which e98com provides its services.
• "Platform" means the website at https://e98com.cam, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any services provided therein.
• "Real-Money Wager" means any bet or stake placed using deposited or withdrawable funds (as opposed to bonus-only funds).
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means countries or territories in which access to or use of the platform is prohibited under applicable law or the Operator's licence conditions. Users are responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction is restricted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash balance, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

To register and maintain an account on e98com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or the Operator's licence terms, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust or automated system) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction, as defined in Section 2.
• You have the full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer or contractor of e98com or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously had an account on e98com terminated for breach of these Terms.

4.1 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one registered account on e98com. Multiple accounts, whether in the same name, address, household, device or payment method, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, e98com reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bonuses and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for promptly notifying e98com of any changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

e98com operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations under its international operating licence. No withdrawal will be processed from any account that has not completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of e98com.

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g. CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (e.g. utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g. bank statement header, e-wallet screenshot)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by e98com for enhanced due diligence purposes

e98com reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including before processing deposits, during account review, or at any point that e98com deems necessary.

5.1 Deposits

All transactions on e98com are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed upon discovery.

Available deposit methods are listed in the platform cashier and are subject to change without prior notice. e98com references payment names familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — purely as contextual references. e98com makes no representation that any specific payment provider endorses, supports or permits gambling transactions. Users must verify the current availability and applicable terms of any payment method directly in the cashier before initiating a transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set out in the cashier and may vary by payment method, account verification status and applicable jurisdiction requirements.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts (see Section 4.2). The withdrawal method must, where practicable, match the method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals of exclusively Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be processed.

Processing times vary by method and internal review requirements. e98com does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions or any third-party infrastructure outside of e98com's direct control.

e98com offers various promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus amounts (e.g., up to PKR 25,000 on a welcome offer, or a migration bonus up to PKR 10,000) are illustrative and subject to published eligibility and wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings remaining in the account after the expiry deadline will be removed automatically.
• e98com reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where continued operation of the promotion would be commercially unreasonable or where abuse is detected.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes to eligible players only. Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through systematic play patterns, account multiplication or coordinated wagering constitutes Bonus Abuse as defined in Section 8.

7.1 General Rules

The rules governing individual games — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports and sportsbook markets — are the rules as published within each game or market. In the event of a technical error, malfunction or miscommunication that results in a wager being placed at incorrect odds or with an incorrect outcome, e98com reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account.

7.2 Sportsbook — Pakistan Markets

e98com offers betting markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments, bilateral T20I and Test series, domestic football and other sports. Market availability, odds and settlement rules are as displayed in the sportsbook at time of placement. e98com does not claim endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL franchise owners or any official sporting body.

7.3 Void Bets

e98com reserves the right to declare a bet void if, at the time of settlement, it determines that the bet was placed based on incorrect information, that the event was subject to any form of manipulation, or that the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e98com. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether individually or in concert with others.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering strategies designed to guarantee a profit or circumvent wagering requirements, including through coordinated play with other accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of any game or bet to the detriment of e98com or other players.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Making false, fraudulent or disputed payment transactions, including initiating chargebacks on deposits after using those funds for gambling.
• Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software or any AI-driven tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or sportsbook markets.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of processing, layering or integrating proceeds of crime, in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to participate in real-money activity while below the minimum age threshold specified in Section 3.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents or impersonating any other individual.

e98com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request
• Detection of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 8
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Compliance with a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court order
• A determination that the account holder is resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Where a voluntary account closure is requested and no active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, the account balance at time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e98com, its Operator, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including losses that result from games of chance or adverse sportsbook outcomes
• Any interruption, suspension or technical failure of the platform that affects a player's ability to access their account or complete a transaction
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network infrastructure
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the platform

e98com does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may periodically affect platform availability. e98com will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.

e98com is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount a player may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Configurable maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Reminders and automatic disconnection after a specified continuous play period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Short-term account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

e98com reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, e98com will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to registered account holders or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which e98com's operating Operator holds its gambling licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in the User's country of residence.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to raise disputes through e98com's internal complaints process by contacting customer support. e98com commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days of acknowledgement.
